We are a family run business based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

Our passion is to create beautiful personalised items for any occasion! We can usually personalise anything so if there’s something you would like but cannot see it on our website or our social media please pop us a message  

Almost all of our items have versatile use so if you see something for example in the wedding section and want to use it for something else then we are more than happy to! Just add the personalised requirements to your order notes.

We love to use a wide range of vinyl colours and have an amazing selection! So when ordering your item please note what colour you would like in your note and we will try our best to match to your needs. 

Please note: All of our products are hand made and bespoke to each order, therefore subsequent orders may differ slightly.

*HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE?*
*Our timescales are approx 7-9 weeks for robe/pjs. Our robes are manufactured especially for us so we can keep our prices low, so our timescales can sometimes be reliant on overseas deliveries. If your wedding date is within 12 weeks of ordering, we ask that you message us with your date to ensure it is not missed. During wedding season, it’s extremely busy so ask that you order well in advance where possible.

In the unfortunate event that the courier loses or misplaces your parcel, a replacement will be provided with an alternative courier. 

*DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?*
* The only time a return would be accepted if there is a fault/error with the personalisation. Blank items are also non refundable unless damaged/faulty.

You have two hours from placing your order, to cancel. After this time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as we may have already begun production or ordered stock for your order. If this is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund can not be provided.

*DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?*
*Our products, especially the bundles are already heavily discounted. So unfortunately we cannot offer a further discount.

*CAN YOU JUST DO MY ORDER QUICK?*
*We aim to work from the oldest order first, unfortunately we can’t squeeze orders in otherwise it pushes other customers back which is unfair.

*DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?*
No, we are based from home so online only at the moment.  

*HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED?*
*You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left our office.
